3. Cookies and Local Storage
Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your browser.
We use HubSpot analytics on this site to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our services. HubSpot sets cookies (such as __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc, and hubspotutk) that collect information about your visit, including pages viewed and an anonymous visitor identifier. If you later contact us or book an appointment, HubSpot may associate this browsing activity with your contact record.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information collected through cookies.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent; the site will continue to work without them. For details on HubSpot’s cookies, see HubSpot’s cookie documentation.
Separately, your light/dark theme choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device, contains no personal information, and is not used to identify or track you.
4. Service Providers
We use a small number of third-party providers to operate our services:
- Website hosting. Our hosting provider serves this website and may process Log Data as described above.
- Analytics and appointment scheduling (HubSpot). HubSpot provides our website analytics (see Cookies and Local Storage) and our appointment scheduling. When you book an appointment through our “Get Started” links, information you submit (such as your name, email, and meeting details) is processed by HubSpot on our behalf and is subject to HubSpot’s privacy policy.
These third parties have access to personal information solely to perform assigned tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.
5. Security
We value your trust in providing personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Links to Other Sites
Our site may contain links to external sites not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we delete it promptly from our systems.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us.
8. Compliance With Laws
We will disclose personal information where required to do so by law or subpoena.
